What Women Are Saying

I learnt so much at yesterday's webinar which was quite informative and interesting. I learnt that we should also include strength building to our exercises. I used to think that walking alone was okay. Thank you so much Madam Sherese Ijewere for the life changing webinar, you are so much appreciated.
Yes I did enjoy the webinar because it gives answers to some issues I have been facing. And I have started making use of the exercise we are taught. Looking forward to many more. Thanks to the organisers
The webinar was informative and outstanding in the sense that the educator didn't hold back anything we needed to know unlike other webinars. She's so knowledgeable and humble. I saw the God factor in everything too. God bless her and the host
I learnt a lot from this platform. I never knew I had entered menopause until I was 44 years old when my period finally stopped. All these symptoms mentioned here I experienced and never knew were menopause signs, heavy pains on my shoulders, waist pain, foot aches, fatigues, etc. But I was able to battle some of the pains, especially the foot aches. Any time I wake up in the morning, I will be scared to put my feet on the ground. It's so painful as if I had sores on my foot. But recently I started drinking warm water every day, just because of the cold weather, and I noticed the foot aches disappeared ,so ever since then till now my drinking water is warm water.
For real, I listened to every single voice notes. The session was very educational. Bedroom matters for me were one sided. Too many things in life to worry about. However, after this teaching, I'm ready to go on an adventure!
I learnt so many things, especially looking after myself and not allowing menopause condemn me.
A platform like this, with access to professionals, is priceless. Take their advice seriously. Do not suffer in silence. Learn all you can, and be consistent in stewarding your body.
Thank you so much for this eye opening session. Wawu. It was raw and no holds barred. I learnt to be more intentional about my self care and self love because I only live once, to enjoy my menopause journey without seeing it as a pause, to spice up intimacy with my hubby with confidence and playfulness, and to truly embrace this season as my reward phase of life.
